At Jäger Gummi- & Kunststoff, you don’t just receive a component or an assembly – we offer you a wide range of services for the products we supply.
The “Perfect Order Rate” synchronizes order processing with the help of coordinated production and customer call-off quantities across the process chain with minimal capital commitment. EDI reduces transaction costs for us and our customers, while KANBAN delivery and the compilation of spare parts kits provide our customers with additional benefits.
There are no supply bottlenecks with us, because we ensure availability. A broad product range, short delivery times and fast supply in emergencies offer you the advantage of independence and flexibility with low capital commitment.
We are expanding our own production capacities in a targeted manner through high-quality, tried-and-tested supplier management. By involving our suppliers directly and in partnership in our development processes, we expand the possibilities in the area of product development and production processes.
We create cost, quality and efficiency benefits for our customers by consolidating suppliers for product groups in rubber, silicone and plastic that have often evolved over time.
Central logistics
Our logistics center is the cross-dock point for companies in the Jäger Group and offers more than 8,000 pallet spaces in high-bay racking, heavy-duty racking for long goods and customer-specific empties management on an area of 9,000 m2.
Processing efficiency
Synchronized master data along the entire supply chain is the basis for cost-effective electronic processing via EDI. We use the “Perfect Order Rate” key figure to map the automated processing of orders between ERP systems.
Packaging efficiency
Every year, we deliver more than 18,000 tons of goods carefully packaged, on time and with minimal freight costs. We pack in an environmentally friendly way, develop customer-specific reusable packaging and improve the CO2 footprint by minimizing delivery frequency.
Supply security
Our international procurement strategy is based on resilience and efficiency. This is why 80% of our suppliers are in Germany and more than 95% in the EU. This enables us to meet the stricter ESG requirements in particular.

By involving our suppliers directly and in partnership in our development processes, we create new and promising opportunities in the area of product and production processes.
Quality documentation
Our in-house production focuses on reliability and high quality standards. The same applies to our supply partners. We therefore carry out extensive incoming goods inspections and regularly qualify and audit our suppliers.
Supplier consolidation
We expand and supplement the possibility of in-house production with strategic suppliers. In this way, we support our customers with “one-stop shopping” by reducing their supplier diversity.
Supplementary services
We develop customer-specific Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and consignment warehouse concepts. Customer-specific packaging, labeling and notification are services we provide as a matter of course. We also take on comprehensive packaging and assembly activities.

We support our customers in maintaining an overview of the large number of available supply partners and their variety of products and brands. By consolidating suppliers, administrative costs and processing costs can be reduced in a targeted manner. The integration of our suppliers by means of e-procurement solutions is also part of our standard service.
