Your applicant data will be stored for 6 months after the desired apprenticeship or job has been awarded. Any further storage and use will only take place if you have given us or the respective company of the Jäger Group your express consent to the further storage of your applicant data or in the case of a legitimate interest of AJH and/or the respective company, e.g. in the case of a burden of proof in legal proceedings.

The Jäger Group collects and stores so-called log files, which your browser automatically transmits:

This data is stored for three months and then automatically deleted. The collection of this data is necessary for technical reasons and e.g. for tracking/preventing attacks on our websites. This website is TLS-encrypted to protect your data. Furthermore, the Jäger Group takes appropriate technical and organizational measures within the meaning of Art. 32 GDPR, taking into account the state of the art, the implementation costs and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing as well as the probability of occurrence and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.

3.5 LinkedIn Insight Tag
Our website uses the conversion tool “LinkedIn Insight Tag” from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. This tool creates a cookie in your web browser, which enables the following data to be collected: IP address, device and browser properties and page events (e.g. page views). This data is encrypted, anonymized within seven days and the anonymized data is deleted within 90 days.

LinkedIn does not share any personal data with us, but offers anonymized reports on the target group and display performance. LinkedIn also offers the option of retargeting via the Insight Tag. The Jaeger Group can use this data to display targeted advertising outside its website without identifying you as a website visitor.

You have the option of sending us a message via the “Contact” link. After clicking on this link, you will be asked to fill out an online form with your data. The data fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and are used to process your request and the subsequent feedback from us. 4.2 Newsletter with Rapidmail
To subscribe to the newsletter offered on our website, you can register using our form. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure. A confirmation email will first be sent to the email address you have provided, asking you to confirm your registration. The registration only becomes effective when you click on the activation link contained in the confirmation e-mail. We use your data transmitted to us exclusively for sending the newsletter, which may contain information or offers.

We use rapidmail to send our newsletter. Your data will therefore be transmitted to rapidmail GmbH. In doing so, rapidmail GmbH is prohibited from using your data for purposes other than sending the newsletter. Rapidmail GmbH is not permitted to pass on or sell your data. rapidmail is a German, certified newsletter software provider that has been carefully selected in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and the BDSG. We have also concluded an order processing contract (AVV) with rapidmail.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of data and its use for sending newsletters at any time, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.

4.3 Hubspot
This is an integrated software solution that we use to implement our online marketing activities. These are:

Furthermore, we use HubSpot’s live chat to improve the user experience on our website for sending and receiving messages on some subpages. If you consent to and use this function, the following data will be transmitted to HubSpot’s servers

  • Content of all chat messages sent and received
  • Optional: Your contact details such as email address or telephone number (if provided by you via the chat function)
  • Context information (e.g. page on which the chat was used)

We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with Hubspot.

The legal basis for the use of Hubspot’s services is Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR – legitimate interest. Our legitimate interest in using this service is to improve the quality of our service on the website.

A webinar is comparable to a face-to-face seminar and takes place via the Internet with computer/software support. You can take part in a Jäger Group webinar if you have previously registered via the link sent to you on the seminar platform (see below). The following data will be requested for registration: first name, surname and e-mail address.

The Jäger Group uses the GoToWebinar software solution from LogMeIn, Inc. to conduct webinars over the Internet. LogMeIn, Inc. is the data controller for the provision of this service and the associated data processing. You can find LogMeIn’s privacy policy here. For the order-related execution of the webinar, we transmit your registration or customer data to LogMeIn, Inc.

Statistical data is transmitted to the Jäger Group during and after the webinar. If you participate in a webinar, ask or answer a question during the webinar, in addition to your registration data, we receive information about the duration of participation, interest in the webinar, the question asked or answer for further customer support or expansion of the user experience.

An encrypted connection is established between you and the organizer of the webinar. The audio or video information transmitted during this session will not be recorded by us. By clicking on “Participate”, you confirm that you will not make any recordings or screenshots of this session.

You can end the session at any time by simply closing the browser window or exiting the program or app. If your contact person ends the session, your participation in the session will also end automatically.

5.1 Career

Data processing is carried out by Arnold Jäger Holding GmbH and the Jäger Group company offering the position. If the company is based in a country outside the EU and the EEA, the Jäger Group will ensure that an adequate level of data protection is in place at the company through the protective measures provided for by law (e.g. binding internal data protection regulations in accordance with Art. 47 GDPR). You also have all the rights that you have under this data protection declaration, in particular the rights under section 10, vis-à-vis the respective Jäger Group company offering the position. Upon receipt of your application, all data will be used to review and check your application and to carry out the application process and thus for pre-contractual purposes and, if necessary, to establish an employment relationship. 5.2 Application tool Prescreen
As a special service, we also offer you an online application form provided by Prescreen International GmbH, Mariahilfer Straße 17, 1060 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as “Prescreen”). Prescreen operates a job portal under the domain jobbase.io (hereinafter referred to as the “Job Portal”), on which the Jäger Group places job advertisements and receives incoming applications via the application form. For the collection, use, storage and deletion of data, the provisions of section 5.1 apply accordingly. In this respect, Prescreen acts as a processor and has concluded a corresponding contract with us.

You will be directed to the job portal via the link/icon on our website. In order to use the service, you must register and thus enter into a user relationship with the Jäger Group. The registration expires if the application process has been completed for more than 6 months. If you have given Prescreen your consent during the registration process, e.g. to receive their newsletter, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the storage of your personal data may deviate from the requirements set out in section 5.1. The data stored in our server log files that your browser transmits to us is deleted at regular intervals. 11th Summary of the Joint Control Agreement

The background to the Joint Control Agreement is the operation of a uniform and joint IT system and thus the pooling of resources

  • Each company in the Jäger Group is responsible for providing newsletters and responding to inquiries received via their respective company website.
  • On the website, Arnold Jäger Holding GmbH assumes the obligations to provide information in accordance with Art. 13, 14 GDPR on behalf of the Jäger Group. With regard to data processing resulting from the use of the website, each company is responsible for providing the information in accordance with Art. 13, 14 GDPR.
  • Each company keeps its own processing directory in accordance with Art. 30 GDPR.
  • Arnold Jäger Holding GmbH is the technical operator of the website and is therefore responsible for the technical and organizational measures. The other companies are responsible for the technical organizational measures on site and the proper use of access to IT. The data processing of the data generated by the website is the responsibility of the respective company, which is responsible for its lawfulness.
