Rubber and metal suspension elements

Rubber-metal elements combine vibration isolation, shock absorption and noise insulation thanks to the firm bond between rubber and metal. These maintenance-free, easy-to-install components provide impressive damping, cushioning and suspension. As your partner, we offer a wide standard range as well as customized solutions.

Roller coating

Roller coating combines metal and rubber properties by coating metal cores with rubber layers. The process includes winding of unvulcanized rubber, pressing or injection processes and vulcanization. We also offer vulcanized roller cover hoses and rubber sheet covers with special adhesives. Our decades of experience guarantee optimum cover quality and adaptation to various stresses.

Injection-molded seals

Our rubber-metal elements offer an innovative solution for technical systems with high sealing requirements. Where space is at a premium, conventional seals make assembly difficult. We vulcanize seals directly onto metal components in the injection moulding process, which creates a reliable, tool-bound connection. This offers significant advantages in sealing performance compared to freely applied seals.
