The Futureway SRL series is used by leading manufacturers in the automotive industry in various applications: The materials, originally supplied in roll format, can be used to make a variety of seals (e.g. cover seals in battery systems), as vibration dampers, as heat or flame protection materials in cavities or as clamping mats for pouch battery cells, for example. The typical silicone resistance to various chemicals, ozone and UV light, as well as extremely high temperature resistance, excellent compression set values and full UL94V0 certification (Yellow Card) make the SRL series a versatile material that can be used in all branches of industry.

Comparability of Futureway with other silicone foams

Futureway offers non-alkaluminized foams made of LSR (liquid silicone). These are most comparable to the foams in the Rogers Bisco® range.

Due to the currently still tight supply chains and long delivery times for competitor materials, we are pleased to be able to offer Futureway as an attractively priced, quickly available and high-quality alternative.
